Level
1
A basic practice covering the essentials of Hatha Yoga, designed
to build strength, stamina, flexibility and concentration. Sun
salutations, standing poses, forward bends, backbends, and twists
will be practiced. A moderate level of challenge.
Level 1-2
For the student with a basic understanding of asana. More advanced
postures are introduced, with longer held poses and refining of
technique. A more challenging and invigorating practice.
Beginning / Gentle
A calming therapeutic class that will introduce breathing techniques
and postures designed to gradually stretch and strengthen. A good
place for those new to yoga, those with injuries or special concerns,
and those who wish to move at a gentler pace.
