  • Practice on an empty stomach, 2-3 hours after eating.

  • Arrive a few minutes early to class.

  • If you are late, please wait until after the meditation to enter the Yoga room.

  • Please turn off all cell phones and pagers and leave them outside the Yoga room.

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the Yoga room.

  • Wear comfortable clothing.

  • Please refrain from wearing any fragrance.

  • Bring your own mat if you have one. Village Yoga does supply mats if needed.

  • If you must leave early, please exit before savasana (relaxation time)
